How Scroll redesigned Côté Neuf’s website to modernize its brand image, improve SEO, and automate real estate program management

Côté Neuf supports its clients in their new real estate projects. To fuel its growth, the company needed a complete website overhaul to align its digital presence with its positioning, boost search engine visibility, and simplify the daily management of real estate programs. Scroll stepped in to design a clearer, higher-performing, and easier-to-administer experience, while integrating tailored business automations to address the sector’s challenges.
Côté Neuf wanted to modernize its brand image through a full website redesign, while addressing very practical performance and operational challenges. The site needed to better showcase the company’s expertise in new real estate, improve user experience, strengthen SEO visibility, and streamline lead generation. At the same time, managing real estate programs had to become smoother through automation and a more user-friendly back office for internal teams.

We reimagined Côté Neuf’s entire digital experience through a comprehensive design and technical overhaul. The new site is built on a Webflow architecture optimized for SEO, with a clearer content hierarchy, better-organized pages, and more intuitive user journeys for prospects.
At the same time, we implemented n8n automations to simplify the import of real estate programs into the CMS, auto-enrich certain data, and optimize associated visuals. We also integrated custom real estate simulators to help visitors better visualize their projects and support conversion. Today, Côté Neuf has a more modern, commercially effective, and much easier-to-maintain website.

The redesign gave Côté Neuf a website more aligned with its positioning, simpler to manage, and better equipped to support organic visibility and lead generation. Teams also save time managing real estate programs thanks to the automation of key workflows.
