How Scroll developed a web application for Je Rêve D'une Maison, a property hunting app that allows agents to view, verify, and send listings to their clients.

Je Rêve d’une Maison helps buyers with their real estate projects in Paris through a personalized property hunting service. To streamline search tracking, simplify client communication, and centralize selected properties, the agency turned to Scroll to design a custom business application.
Je Rêve d’une Maison wanted a dedicated tool to structure its property hunting activity. Hunters used various platforms to find listings, then sent them to clients via WhatsApp, making it difficult to track exchanges and decisions clearly.
Scroll’s mission was to design a business application that centralizes property searches, sorting, client submissions, and communications, while providing a clear framework for tracking real estate projects.

Scroll developed a custom web application enabling teams to manage their property hunting activity from a single interface.
The tool includes a real estate search engine connected to a listings API, a personalized alert system, a property qualification space with verification workflows, and a system for sending and tracking properties on the client side.
A dedicated interface also allows clients to view proposed properties, rank them by interest, and communicate directly with their hunter within the app.

The application’s implementation centralized the entire property hunting process into a single tool.
Hunters now have a structured environment to search, qualify, and send properties while easily tracking client feedback. All exchanges are grouped in one place, preventing information loss and improving the clarity of ongoing projects.
On the client side, the experience is clearer with a dedicated interface to view properties, rank them, and communicate with their hunter. The entire process is more fluid and efficient.
