Scroll × We Think Elastic collaboration for LNE
Les Nouveaux Éditeurs (LNE) bring together several independent publishing houses each with a strong editorial identity. Through their various labels, they showcase diverse works, authors, and universes.
As part of their digital development, LNE launched a comprehensive project to create multiple showcase websites for its various publishing houses, to better highlight their catalogs, authors, and news.
To support this project, they turned to the design agency We Think Elastic to design the visual identities and user experiences, while Scroll handled the technical development of the websites.
Several sites were thus developed for the group’s publishing houses, including Éditions La Tribu, Maison Pop and other labels, each reflecting a distinct editorial universe while maintaining overall consistency across LNE.
This project showcases a close collaboration between design and development, with the goal of creating interfaces that are both aesthetic, seamless, and high-performing.
The mission involved developing multiple websites for different publishing houses within the group, while respecting the visual identities designed by We Think Elastic.
The main challenge was to faithfully translate the design mockups into functional interfaces, while ensuring smooth navigation between editorial content (works, authors, news).
It was also essential to maintain technical consistency and a uniform user experience across all sites, despite the diversity of graphic universes.
We developed all the sites on Webflow, working in close collaboration with the teams at We Think Elastic to ensure a faithful integration of the mockups.
Each site was custom-built, with special attention paid to content structure, navigation fluidity, and performance.
We implemented content management systems to streamline the addition and updating of books, authors, and news. Development was also optimized to ensure responsive rendering across all devices.
This approach enabled the creation of websites that are both aesthetically pleasing, high-performing, and easy to manage.

The delivered sites provide a smooth and immersive user experience, aligned with each publishing house’s brand identity. They effectively showcase books and authors while making content more accessible to users.
This project demonstrates Scroll’s ability to collaborate with demanding design agencies, ensuring reliable technical execution that stays true to creative intentions.
It also reflects a long-term partnership with Les Nouveaux Éditeurs, with multiple projects completed and more on the horizon, underscoring the trust placed in Scroll over time.
