Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Sellsy, and others. Contacts, opportunities, and quotes sync both ways when needed. If your CRM lacks an API, we’ll find another solution (file exchange, custom connector).

Yes. Negotiated rates, specific discounts, payment terms, warranties. Rules are built into the tool, and an admin panel lets your sales team adjust them independently—no need to involve us.

Multi-level approvals, audit logs of who did what, mandatory approval for discounts above a set threshold. Margins display in real time to prevent loss-making sales. The sales management team stays in control.

By default, a responsive site that works in any browser. If your team needs more (offline use, on-site signatures, barcode scanning, calendar integration), we’ll build a dedicated mobile app.

The sales management team, via an admin panel. Depending on the discount level, the tool may require approval. Every change is logged and reversible—no more Excel files circulating by email.

Your choice: a maintenance contract with us (fixes, updates, support), or a handover to your IT team with proper training.
